Creta Farms in talks to secure interim financing

Creta Farms is negotiating with creditor banks and candidate investors to secure interim financing, the company said in an announcement on Wednesday.

In this framework, Creta Farms called the candidate investor Th. Douzoglou to immediately submit his proposal to creditor banks, to the company or to Ernst & Young. The announcement noted that since June 26, 2019, when C. Domazakis – the major shareholder in Creta Farms – presented the letter of intent by Th. Douzoglou to the company’s extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting, the candidate investor has not made any official proposal.
