Decommissioned ambulances removed from hospital’s courtyard

Αn operation was launched on Thursday for the removal of 29 decommissioned ambulances that were abandoned at Sotiria pulmonary hospital’s courtyard in Athens.

Αt Health Minister Vassilis Kikilias’ order, 6 abandoned ambulances will have been removed so far and 6 more are expected to be taken away by the end of the day.

The removal of all the ambulances is expected to be concluded next Tuesday.

“Through small steps, we are tidying up the Emergency Aid Centre,” Kikilias posted on his Twitter account about the country’s pre-eminent pulmonary hospital.
