Ten expressions of interest to buy 30 pct stake in Athens airport

A total of ten (10) investment schemes expressed their interest in a tender to acquire a 30 pct stake in Athens International Airport SA owned by the HRADF, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), said on Tuesday.

In particular, expressions of interest were submitted by the following, in alphabetical order:

1. ADP Groupe

2. APG Asset Management

3. Avialliance GMBh

4. Consortium of Ardian Infrastructure Fund SCA, Sicar And Ardian Infrastructure Fund V B SCS Sicav – Raif

5. Consortium of KKR – Egis

6. Consortium of Meif 6 Attic Investment, Raffles Infra Holding and Chengdong Investment Corporation

7. Ferrovial International SE

8. First State Investments

9. Global Infrastructure Partners

10. Vinci Airports

HRADF’s advisors will evaluate the aforementioned expressions of interest and submit to the Fund’s board of directors their recommendation regarding the candidates that qualify for the next phase of the tender.
